DMCA / Copyright Policy

Get2Short respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

Get2Short is a URL shortening platform. We do not host files, videos, software, documents, or copyrighted content on our own servers. Our service only creates shortened links that may redirect users to third-party websites. We do not control the content hosted on third-party websites.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that a Get2Short shortened link is being used to access or promote copyrighted material without authorization, you may submit a copyright complaint to us.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove, disable, or restrict access to the reported shortened URL. Where appropriate, we may also contact the user who created the link and allow them to submit a counter-notification.

Important: If the infringing content is hosted on a third-party website, Get2Short cannot remove the original content from that website. In such cases, you should also contact the hosting provider or website owner where the content is actually hosted.
